We are looking for a fully remote freelancer who wants to take over the responsibility for the explanatory content of www.smest.it. Current problem is that the customer needs too long to understand what smoke testing (sanity testing/build verification testing) is and what benefits our monitoring solution provides. This needs to change. The content needs to get much simpler so that the target customer groups will understand it.
If you are willing to take on this challenge you need to have a basic technical background and should be keen to really understand how our systems work. You’ll learn a lot about error pages and how easy it is to prevent them. You should be a native English or German speaker and comfortable in both languages. You’ll coach and work together with a small team which supports you in creating and handling the content.
Your main tasks will be:
- Take over the full ownership of the editorial content on www.smest.it
- Define images/pictures to be used
- Support in Website Design decisions
- Rework most existing pages (less than 20)
- Generate / Organize new content
- Work on landing pages for our SEA campaigns
- Create concepts for explanatory videos (e.g. whiteboard animations)
- Setup and organize Blog content (e.g. knowledgebase content)
- Newsletter concept and social media presence
